Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of SMM strategy and its implementation
- Oversee and manage social media pages across platforms
- Develop content plans and evaluation metrics
- Coordinate creation and placement of content for social media, website, and ad campaigns
- Plan and launch online activations and engagement initiatives
- Communicate with the audience and moderate comments/messages
- Coordinate targeted advertising setups when needed
- Capture content (mobile phone-based shooting)
- Writing terms of reference for colleagues and contractors
- Finding and working with opinion leaders or groups and channels
- Analyze promotional effectiveness
- Monitor competitors and track relevant trends
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media fundamentals
- Understanding of social media platform functionality, bans, formats, and algorithms
- Copywriting skills (tone of voice, structure, keyword usage)
- Content shooting/editing skills (mobilography)
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Attention to detail and project ownership
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strategic thinking
- English proficiency (reading/writing)
- In-Office evening schedule: 5 days/week, 3 hours/day
