Responsibilities:
- Daily management of company’s financial operations
- Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Working with invoices, brokers, and customers
- Processing payments for drivers, brokers, and owner operators
- Managing and verifying factoring payments and deductions
- Preparing financial reports for management on a regular basis
- Reconciliation of payments and ensuring timely fund transfers
- Working with payment systems, banks, and accounting departments
- Annual financial planning and budgeting for the company
- Close cooperation with dispatch, safety, and recruiting departments on payment-related matters
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting (logistics experience is a plus)
- Experience in building an annual financial plan
- Knowledge of basic accounting, payment systems, and document flow
- Basic understanding of U.S. logistics processes (preferred)
- English language: at least IELTS 6.5 (for communication with brokers, factoring companies, and banks)
- Confident PC user (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Quick learner and able to work in multitasking environment
- Stable work in an American trucking company
