Responsibilities:

– Plan, organize, and execute events such as forums, conferences, workshops, award ceremonies, and roundtables;

– Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination;

– Work closely with internal teams (PR, Education, Project Office) to align event goals and messaging;

– Handle venue selection, catering, equipment, and on-site coordination;

– Maintain clear documentation and post-event reporting;

– Ensure high-level guest and speaker experience before, during, and after events;

– Manage communication with sponsors, partners, and media when applicable

Requirements:

– At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or event management;

– Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills;

– Excellent communication in Uzbek, Russian, and English (English is mandatory);

– Attention to detail and ability to manage pressure during live events;

– Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and event/project tracking tools;

– Creativity and flexibility in handling changing requirements;

– Interest in tech, AI, or innovation-related events is a plus.


Conditions:

– Office located in the center of Tashkent (near Tashkent City, Paxtakor/Mustaqillik metro stations);

– Working hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00 to 19:00 (offline);

– Salary: From 5,000,000 UZS + KPI bonus based on event success and delivery;
