HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR department and help build a strong workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms

• Screen resumes and applications

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting or HR (1–3 years preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus

• Russian and English proficiency required;
