Responsibilities:

– Lead the development and implementation of AICA’s AI Education Program;

– Manage partnerships with universities, EdTech platforms, ministries, and training centers;

– Launch and scale courses, bootcamps, AI labs, and certification programs across Central Asia;

– Supervise the Education Department team (coordinators, trainers, content developers);

– Monitor KPIs related to reach, quality, and impact of educational activities;

– Represent AICA in educational events, government roundtables, and public discussions;

– Ensure alignment of educational strategy with the organization’s overall goals;

– Oversee budgets, project timelines, and quality standards for all education initiatives.

Requirements:

– At least 3 years of experience in education management, EdTech, or program leadership;

– Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills;

– Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (English is mandatory);

– Background or strong interest in AI, technology, and innovation ecosystems;

– Experience working with government, academia, or international organizations is a plus;

– Strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions:

– Office located in the center of Tashkent (near Tashkent City, Paxtakor/Mustaqillik metro stations);

– Working hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00 to 19:00 (offline);

– Salary: From 5,000,000 UZS + KPI bonus based on performance and impact;
