Engineering Manager (Substation/OHL/Power Projects)

We are pleased to offer you the position of Engineering Manager - Substation/OHL/Power Projects at OOO “UET Construction”. Your extensive experience will be pivotal in driving the success of our high-voltage power projects across Uzbekistan. This offer is contingent upon obtaining the necessary work license and completing mandatory health assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of 500kV OHL/Substation projects.

  Ensure compliance with Uzbekenergo standards and international norms (IEC, IEEE).

  Lead engineering teams, manage contractors, and liaise with clients/authorities.

  Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project timelines.

  Company Obligations:

  Reimburse economy-class travel (Iran-Tashkent-Iran).

  Cover visa fees, temporary registration, and work license costs.

  Provide standard insurance as per Uzbek labor laws.

• Educational diplomas (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering).

• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (1 year, renewable)

  Probation Period: 6 months

  Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM), Sunday off
