Middle Project Manager

Elinext - a leading software development and consulting company, is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team. We need someone with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and fluent English to support and enhance our internal projects. Your work will help make our internal processes smoother, more efficient, and more comfortable for our teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and oversee internal IT projects from planning to delivery.

• Coordinate teams, allocate resources, and track project progress.

• Identify risks, set priorities, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Work with stakeholders to align project goals with business needs.

Use tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Microsoft Project for effective project tracking.

What We Expect:

• 1+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), cost management, and risk mitigation.

• Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and system architecture (high-level).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

• Ability to handle conflicts, adapt to changes, and drive projects forward.

• Higher education.

• English level: B2 or higher.
