DevOps Engineer (Remote – Talent Pool)

We're building a talent pool of experienced DevOps Engineers for future projects. If you’re passionate about infrastructure as code, CI/CD, cloud automation, and ensuring systems run smoothly at scale — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (When Matched to a Project)
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

Automate provisioning, scaling, and deployment using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, etc.)

Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and cost

Collaborate with developers to ensure reliable deployments and high availability

Improve security, compliance, and infrastructure observability

Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Proficiency with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)

Ability to collaborate with engineers across disciplines in a remote environment

English level: B2 or higher (required) – must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English

Bonus: Experience with security hardening, cost optimization, or multi-cloud strategies
