We’re looking for a skilled video editor and content manager who knows how to create viral short-form content for the U.S. market. You should be fluent in trends on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok—and know how to use AI tools like Runway ML, Poppy AI, Veo, Midjourney, and CapCut to speed up and level up your edits.

What you’ll do:

1. Edit short-form videos that are designed to grab attention and get shared

2. Use trending hooks, captions, sounds, transitions, and motion effects

3. Repurpose long-form content into Reels/Shorts that feel native to each platform

4. Use AI tools to help with visuals, storytelling, and speed

5. Turn around edits quickly—sometimes with 1-day notice

6. Help grow engagement and followers through high-performing content

You’re a fit if:

1. You know what works in the U.S. short-form content space, or worked fro U.S. clients

2. You know how to edit reels and shorts very well, as well as cross-posting

3. You’ve edited videos that performed well (send examples)

4. You’re reliable, fast, creative, and up to date on viral trends

5. You take feedback well and can improve each round

6. You enjoy working with AI tools to push creative limits

7. Good English is a must

8. Ready to start working right away

Starting rate: $800/month

This is the base to start. As followers grow and engagement increases, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted.
