- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in facility or guest house management, preferably in a large residential or hospitality setup.
- Experience in supervising multi-skilled teams is essential.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in handling operational issues related to accommodation, food services, maintenance, and staff.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (Uzbek and/or Russian preferred).
- Basic computer literacy for recordkeeping and reporting.
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
