KPMG is seeking a qualified Facilities & Operations Manager. The F&O Manager oversees all aspects of office operations and ensures the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include conducting routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, negotiating with landlords, planning maintenance work, maintaining records and managing facility staff. Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of facility management processes, a high degree of multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Interacting with office landlords
Interacting with maintenance services, utilities to provide office space with resources, carry out repairs and other work
Ensuring that office space meets appropriate safety standards and cleaning procedures
Maintaining equipment and building structures in accordance with health and safety requirements
Interacting with external contractors and suppliers, concluding contracts.
Organization and planning of installation and repair works
Preparation and implementation of projects according to the work schedule in the office.

Skills and qualifications:
Higher technical or economic education, as well as in the field of management, business administration.
Work experience 6-8 years (experience in office management);
Basic understanding of the principles of accounting and finance
Principles of office layout and design
Requirements of legislation for business contracts and the procedure for concluding them
Rules and regulations for labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, including Uzbek (preferable);
