We’re seeking an enthusiastic IT Help Desk Triage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, handling incoming calls, creating tickets, and assigning issues to the appropriate level one, two, or three technicians based on complexity. You’ll also perform basic troubleshooting to resolve simple issues remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming support calls, chats, and emails.
- Create and track tickets in our ticketing system.
- Triage technical issues and assign them to the correct IT support level.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common hardware and software issues.
- Document interactions and resolutions clearly for team reference.
Who We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable with basic IT concepts (e.g., Windows OS, Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills to interact with users professionally.
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT support tools.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, or networking concepts.
Work Schedule & Salary:
- 9 hours/day, Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (US Eastern Standard Time).
- Salary: USD 1,500–2,000/month, based on experience and skills.
