SMM Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and driven SMM Manager to lead our social media activities across all platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for creating content — both visual and video — to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and support lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Create and edit visual and video content for product promotion

• Design posts using Canva and CapCut (AI)

• Work with the sales team to align messaging and campaigns

• Perform basic data analysis and reporting upon manager’s request

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements:

• Creativity, responsibility, and initiative

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Excel, and Microsoft Office

• Basic understanding of data analytics and CRM tools

• Languages: Uzbek, Russian, English

• Experience is not required
