We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team based in Karshi. You will report to the Operations Manager and provide an effective and efficient administrative function to the Operations team.
As a Document Controller you will:
- Compile, review, maintain, and present operations documentation.
- Prepare, validate, and review all documentation regarding employee lists, shift schedules, shift rosters, overtime approvals, leave documentation and approvals, maintenance and other notifications, job requests, loading of purchase requisitions, etc.
- Communicate and issue all company communication, newsletters, corporate gifts, procedural updates, general company, and other relevant information to all operations employees.
- Coordinate the storage and safekeeping of all relevant operations records.
You will have:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in the related field.
Supplemented by the following:
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability in Organization, Planning, Computer Skills, and use of Microsoft Office packages. Good PC literacy and use of basic software packages such as Microsoft Office is a must. Good SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
- The ability to develop, support, and manage a structured, controlled, and planned administrative function within the Operations department.
- Outstanding organizing and administrative skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Motivated self-starter who can work unsupervised to a large extent but also as part of small, multi-discipline teams.
- Attention to detail and fast paced.
- Methodical and rigorous, able to work on their own without reminders.
- Languages – Uzbek and English proficiency, both oral & written. Russian will be an advantage.
