We’re Hiring: Trucking Recruiter

Location: Samarkand, Uzbekistan

Type: Full-time, In-office

Join a logistics company! We’re growing and need a motivated Recruiter to help us hire the best drivers and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and hire CDL drivers & support staff

• Post jobs and manage recruitment campaigns

• Conduct interviews and manage onboarding

• Build partnerships with driving schools

• Maintain driver pipeline and ensure DOT compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year recruiting experience (trucking/logistics preferred)

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Results-driven and detail-oriented

• Knowledge of DOT hiring and Spanish a plus
