- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Work experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Excellent understanding of the sales funnel and digital tools
Proficient in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Telegram Ads
Experience working with contractors and external agencies
Creativity, strategic thinking, and strong self-organization
Fluency in Russian and English (Uzbek is a plus)
Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Yandex Direct, and Telegram Ads in collaboration with external agencies
- Optimize and scale advertising campaigns based on performance analytics
- Coordinate with external agencies on website development and SEO optimization
- Work with web developers and designers to improve UX/UI and technical site performance
- Manage and analyze ad campaigns in Telegram Ads
- Set up and maintain analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.)
- Track and manage UTM campaigns
- Analyze the performance of advertising channels and prepare reports
- Monitor digital trends and identify new promotional opportunities for the university
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the SMM manager
- Ensure all content and advertising align with brand guidelines
- Conduct competitor research and propose improvements to digital marketing strategies.
