Key Responsibilities
1. HR Policy Development & Execution
- Create, document, and implement internal HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes (e.g., attendance, probation, onboarding, evaluations).
- Act as a point of contact for internal HR questions and escalate issues when needed.
2. Local Hiring (Tashkent Office)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Analyst, Operations Manager, Dispatcher, and administrative positions.
- Write clear job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring priorities and build high-performing teams.
3. Support U.S. Driver Recruiting (As Capacity Allows)
- Assist the American recruiting team with driver sourcing, screening, and communication.
- Serve as a communication bridge to ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
- Support driver onboarding and maintain a high standard of professionalism in interactions.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably across different role types.
- Strong critical thinking and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor – as the first point of contact, you will represent the tone and values of the company.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws in Uzbekistan is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
