Key Responsibilities

1. HR Policy Development & Execution

  • Create, document, and implement internal HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes (e.g., attendance, probation, onboarding, evaluations).
  • Act as a point of contact for internal HR questions and escalate issues when needed.

2. Local Hiring (Tashkent Office)

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Analyst, Operations Manager, Dispatcher, and administrative positions.
  • Write clear job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring priorities and build high-performing teams.

3. Support U.S. Driver Recruiting (As Capacity Allows)

  • Assist the American recruiting team with driver sourcing, screening, and communication.
  • Serve as a communication bridge to ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
  • Support driver onboarding and maintain a high standard of professionalism in interactions.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably across different role types.
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional demeanor – as the first point of contact, you will represent the tone and values of the company.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws in Uzbekistan is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
