Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with Service Partners
  • Check reasons & provide solution for repair delays
  • Check the trend and make improvement actions for prevention of repair delay
  • Registration of partners in system
  • Update & answers for Q&A related to the system
  • Create reports with core issues and improvement actions

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferable technician
  • Excel & PowerPoint – experienced user (Pivot, Vlookup (ВПР) – must)
  • Analytical mind
  • Accuracy and attentiveness
  • Experience in call center or ASC is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian and English
