Key responsibilities:
- Communication with Service Partners
- Check reasons & provide solution for repair delays
- Check the trend and make improvement actions for prevention of repair delay
- Registration of partners in system
- Update & answers for Q&A related to the system
- Create reports with core issues and improvement actions
Requirements:
- University degree, preferable technician
- Excel & PowerPoint – experienced user (Pivot, Vlookup (ВПР) – must)
- Analytical mind
- Accuracy and attentiveness
- Experience in call center or ASC is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian and English
