Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of building retrofit projects, ensuring delivery on

time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate retrofit solutions into existing building
-
structures with minimal disruption.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality, applying project management best practices.
- Review and approve project plans, method statements, and technical submittals related to retrofit works.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability targets.
- Monitor construction progress on-site, managing construction logistics, phasing, and interface with ongoing building

operations.
- Lead coordination meetings and prepare regular project reports for clients and senior management.
- Manage change control processes, including scope changes, time extensions, and cost impacts.
- Oversee procurement strategies and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Support handover and commissioning phases, ensuring proper documentation, testing, and closeout.
- 15+ years of experience in managing complex construction projects, with proven experience in retrofitting/ren-
-
ovating occupied buildings.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural strengthening, and phased retrofit methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, FIDIC) and tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience working with government, institutional, or commercial clients is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in Uzbek and Russian; good command of English (spoken and written).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
