HR-specialist (hh)

What You Can Expect from The Role:

• Organizing and overseeing personnel administration processes in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Company’s internal regulations;
• Preparing internal and external HR reports (vacancies, quotas, reports to the military office, etc.);
• Monitoring military registration (monthly letters, verification of T-2 forms, annual reports);
• Keeping records of leave entitlements and ensuring compliance with the annual leave schedule;
• Ensuring proper storage of HR documents and documents of strict accountability;
• Preparing and regularly updating the staffing schedule;
• Monitoring the submission of timesheets;
• Tracking working hours, including overtime, work on holidays and weekends, as well as employee absences, in accordance with legislation and internal regulations;
• Ensuring timely transfer of HR orders and personal files of dismissed employees to the archive;
• Ensuring accuracy and relevance of data in 1C:Enterprise 8 and SAP SuccessFactors systems

What You Bring:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration;
• Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Ability to work in a team, high level of organization and responsibility;
• Fluent in Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage);
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
