Engineer Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and conducting training classes in engineering areas (technical modeling, robotics, 3D design, electronics basics, etc.) within the school curriculum and extracurricular activities.
• Development and implementation of author's educational projects and engineering courses taking into account the age and level of students' training.
• Supervision of students' project and research activities: participation in competitions, Olympiads, engineering exhibitions.
• Methodological support of school teachers in the field of STEAM-learning and engineering disciplines.
• Introduction of modern pedagogical and digital technologies into the educational process, including the use of Arduino, LEGO Education, Tinkercad, Scratch, Python and other platforms.
• Development of teaching materials, working programs and plans for engineering disciplines.
• Organizing and conducting engineering master classes, hackathons, project sessions and profile shifts.
• Participate in the formation of an educational environment conducive to the development of engineering thinking among schoolchildren.
• Interaction with parents on the development of students' individual learning trajectories.
• Cooperation with external partners (engineering schools, IT-companies, universities) to expand the practical base of engineering education.
• Participation in the work of the Pedagogical Council, methodological associations, professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Higher pedagogical or technical education.
• Experience in educational institutions at least 3-5 years, preferably in engineering or STEAM-direction.
• Possession of modern educational technologies, knowledge of the basics of project and engineering approach in teaching.
• Ability to work with digital modeling and visualization tools, knowledge of programming basics is welcome.
• Skills in developing and implementing practice-oriented lessons.
• Creative approach to the organization of the educational process, flexibility of thinking, love of experimentation.
• High motivation for professional growth and continuous learning.
• Communication skills, initiative, ability to work in a team.
