Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with national and international standards.
- Monitor the academic performance of programs and courses through data collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Support academic departments in preparing for internal and external audits and accreditations.
- Ensure alignment of teaching practices with institutional learning outcomes and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate surveys for students, faculty, and graduates to evaluate teaching effectiveness and satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of performance indicators and evaluation tools for academic quality.
- Prepare analytical reports and present findings to leadership and accreditation bodies.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in higher education quality assurance.
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in higher education, quality assurance, or academic program evaluation.
- Strong understanding of national and international quality assurance frameworks (e.g., ESG, Bologna Process, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
