Call Center Agent

Call Center Agent - Fluent in English, Russian and in Uzbek to cover the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 (Tashkent time)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of a busy Call Center.
• To handle call requests for external numbers from members of staff.
• To answer and transfer calls to the respective extension politely and efficiently.
• To liaise or coordinate with other Dept. for follow-up of requests.
• To answer general inquiries about the services and company.
• To check and respond to emails and correspondence.
• To file and record documents and reports.

Candidates must possess a strong ability to perform effectively and be fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek.

Terms:

We can offer a salary that ranges from USD 1,000 to USD 1,500 per month, based on the number of hours worked.

Shifts and days off will be on rotation based however, candidates must keep in mind that we work according to Eastern Standard Time (USA).
