Обязанности:
- Understanding of the procurement cycle and supply chain principles
- Basic knowledge of logistics and construction materials
- Experience in document flow and working with contracts, invoices, and delivery notes
- Proficiency in ERP systems welcomed (e.g., 1C, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, filters)
- Experience with document management systems and electronic archives
- Confident use of email, internal communication platforms, and shared databases
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Reliability, discipline, and a process-oriented approach
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle routine efficiently
- Higher education in Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Management, or a related field
- English language proficiency (intermediate or higher – especially for international projects)
