Operation IT Specialist (Remote, Tashkent)

The project is at the beginning of an active growth phase, which means that the specialist joining now will have a rare chance to influence the product, processes, and the company’s development on an international scale.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance daily operational processes

• Automate workflows (pricing, contracts, communications)

• Manage and analyze customer and consumption data

• Develop internal web interfaces

• Integrate external APIs and platforms

• Collaborate closely with the company founder

• Handle business correspondence and negotiations in English with partners

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering

• Proficiency in Python and SQL

• Basic knowledge of REST API, HTML/CSS/JS/React

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
