Counsel

• Klein & Erbulekova is a company within Matias Group (2022). MG is based in Almaty and has an office as well in Tashkent offering legal and outsourced accounting services. Relate law firms are also found in: Georgia (Klein & Pantsulaia(2022), Armenia (Klein & Isajanyan(2022)), USA (Klein Law Group Alliance (2022)) & Russia (Vasiliev, Klein & Usov (2005)). A few of the law firms are members of IBLC.com.
• You will be provided legal projects that may require zoom calls with clients and/or in person meetings. You will be asked to provide consultation re: agreed to projects

• You must be a graduate of a Law School (an LLM is not enough but if an LLM and Law Degree would be a plus).
• We are looking for lawyers in any area of corporate practice
• Also looking for independent criminal lawyers
• Ideal for: Private practitioners or In house legal advisors at private companies
• Generally not willing to have of counsels who are associated with a law firm

- All work on a project or hourly basis

- If agreed to perhaps listed on our site

- We provide fee sharing arrangment based upon net amounts collected: 30% + depending on the skill set etc
