Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting U.S. trucking companies, freight brokerages, and 3PLs.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and pursue high-potential leads through industry events, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Consultative Selling – Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client pain points and present FleetPro TMS as a solution that drives measurable ROI.
- Pipeline Management – Use CRM tools to manage sales funnels, track performance metrics, and forecast revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in E-Sales targeting the international markets, U.S logistics industry would be a plus.
- Understanding of U.S. freight operations, including dispatching, compliance, fleet management, and brokerage processes.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of English/Russian and Uzbek Languages
