Executive Assistant to Founder

Hello,
I’m Sardor Akhmedov, founder of Synergy Labs — a top-rated mobile app development agency with a global team and fast-growing portfolio. I’m looking for a reliable Executive Assistant who will help me manage personal and business operations efficiently — from calendars to communications, from documents to travel, from banks to investments.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a founder and gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, tech, and international business.

What you’ll be doing:

- Personal & Administrative Support:

• Keep my Google Drive organized and structured

• Manage my Google Calendar: personal & professional

• Monitor my inbox: sort, flag, respond

• Make calls to U.S. and international banks on my behalf

• Prepare and send invoices when needed

• Keep track of personal and professional to-do’s

- Travel & Legal Logistics

• Research and manage visa applications

• Book domestic and international flights

• Assist in recovering lost documents (driver’s licenses, etc.)

- Investment Coordination

• Reach out to investors regarding the sale of Fathom stock

• Track sale and coordinate reinvestment into S&P 500 index

• Maintain a simple tracker for communication and status updates

✅ We’re looking for:

• Fluent English — written & verbal (must-have)

• Russian — required, Uzbek — a plus

• Highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive

• Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, etc.)

• Ability to learn fast and stay one step ahead

• Interest in AI and startups — huge plus

What we offer:

• Wages: $700 during 2-month trial, then $1000/month

• 5/2 schedule, full time with availability required between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Tashkent time)
