About your role:

By joining us, you will help architect and build AI agent–based systems that go beyond automation—augmenting human judgment with intelligence at scale. You will design the backend frameworks and infrastructure that enable agentic AI to reason, decide, and act alongside professionals. This is not just another backend role—it is an opportunity to engineer the core intelligence layer that will redefine how decisions are made and how businesses operate.

Role: Senior AI Backend Engineer - Multi-Agent Systems

Required Experience (3-5 years):

Python: FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, background jobs

AI/LLM Integration: OpenAI API, LangChain, prompt engineering, RAG systems

Self-Hosted LLM: Run open-weights on a dedicated NVIDIA GPU with CUDA+PyTorch

Database: PostgreSQL, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate), schema optimization

API Development: RESTful design, file uploads, streaming responses

AI Tools Proficiency: ChatGPT, Claude for code generation, etc.

Preferred Experience:

Multi-Agent Systems: Agent orchestration, task delegation, inter-agent communication

Vector Search: Embeddings, similarity search, semantic retrieval

Web Scraping: News APIs, content extraction, real-time data feeds

Report Generation: PDF creation, template engines, automated formatting

Cloud Platforms: containerization (Docker)

Must-Have Skills:

AI-First Development: Uses AI tools for 50%+ of coding tasks

Rapid Prototyping: Can build and iterate quickly with AI assistance

Performance Optimization: Database queries, async processing, caching

System Architecture Thinking: Designs scalable multi-agent workflows

English: B1+ (required) – must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English

Bonus Points:

Previous multi-agent AI system development

Real-time data processing pipelines

Experience with gRPC, Celery/RQ
