Multimodal Transport Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming transport inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients and agents;
• Handle business correspondence and maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and agents via email;
• Organize and coordinate multimodal transport operations (road, rail, sea, and air freight);
• Manage the entire logistics project cycle — from initial request to final documentation and closure;

• Liaise with carriers, agents, terminals, and clients throughout all stages of the transportation process;

• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and compliance with international transportation standards;
• Resolve operational issues and manage unexpected situations during the transportation process;
• Maintain documentation and provide regular reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or multimodal transport coordination;
• Knowledge of international transport standards and practices;
• Understanding of key trade routes, global logistics geography, and major seaports;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above (written communication and negotiations);

• Confident PC user;

• Education in logistics, international trade, or transportation is preferable;

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for working with partners and clients.
