Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and
provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate
benefits and features.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat
business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system to track progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales
strategies.

Requirements:

​​​Working hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Tashkent time (UK time)

​​​​•Strong command of English, particularly in conversational and listening skills
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
