LPP is a major European company operating in the retail sector.
LPP CA company is looking for the HR Administration Specialist.
HR Administration Specialist duties:
- Effective and timely interaction with the Security Department when hiring new employees into the company
- Personnel record management
- Participation in the development of the corporate culture system
- Taking active measures to eliminate situations that disrupt the normal workflow, and promptly informing the immediate supervisor about such situations
- Immediate reporting to the immediate supervisor in case of attempted or actual theft of material assets
- Analysis of personnel documents and transferring information into databases and reports
- Identification of errors, inaccuracies, corrections, and unreliable information in documents, determination of the legitimacy of documents
- Preparation of official personnel documents submitted to government authorities, trade unions, and other representatives on behalf of the employer
- Analysis of rules, procedures, and regulations governing the rights and responsibilities of government authorities and organizations regarding personnel documentation exchange
- Monitoring and maintaining the state personnel records website (ESUTD)
- Maintaining records of employee sick leave, ensuring timely submission and transfer of information to the Company’s accounting department
- Organizing the timely processing of hiring, transfers, and terminations of employees in accordance with labor legislation, company regulations, instructions, and orders of the General Director; maintaining personal records; issuing certificates of current and previous employment; storing and maintaining labor books; and keeping required personnel documentation within the area of responsibility
- Processing all personnel movements
Requirements: -
Higher education

At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar position

Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek languages at Upper-Intermediate levelor higher

Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Responsibility, attentiveness, accuracy, and diligence
