Rich Cargo is an American logistics company operating in O'sh, Tashkent and Andijan cities. The company is in the process of building a complete HR system with the support of HR consultants. And we are looking for HR Managers for our Andijan and Tashkent offices.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in establishing modern HR practices and systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the company’s human resources functions, covering the full employee lifecycle. Core responsibilities include:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.

Lead job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Onboarding & Integration

Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation of new hires.

Coordinate with departments to deliver training and orientation sessions.
Offboarding & Staff Departure
-
Oversee exit procedures, including documentation and exit interviews.

Ensure smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
Performance Management

Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Guide managers and employees in setting goals and providing feedback.
Compensation & Benefits

Assist in structuring salary grading and benefits packages.

Ensure fairness, compliance, and competitiveness in reward systems.
Employer Branding

Learning & Development

Work with HR consultants to implement learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any HR function (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment.

Basic knowledge of Uzbek labor laws is a plus.

English proficiency at least B2 level.
