Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally
- Provide timely and informative responses to customer queries
- Promote company services and packages when relevant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Good communication skills (English and local languages)
- Proven experience in the tourism industry (preferably inbound)
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure, punctuality and responsibility
