Dispatch Manager

Wingsmotor International is looking for a Dispatch Manager with experience and leadership skills!

Main requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in logistics;

Must have experience with Amazon/PO , Street loads

Ability to manage, motivate and organize a team;

Responsible, independent and willing to work on yourself;

Attentive, quick-thinking and responsible.

Ability to communicate in written and oral English;

Stress-resistant, able to make quick and correct decisions in crisis situations;

Good use of computer programs (Excel, Google Sheets, Track system, etc.).

Duties:

Manage a small team of dispatchers and updaters;

Control the routes and tasks of drivers;

Optimize work processes, increase efficiency;

Communicate with customers, solve problems;

Preparing daily and weekly reports, monitoring KPIs.
