Teacher Assistant (International British Curriculum)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to support our primary classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education based on the International British Curriculum. This role involves working closely with teachers and learners to create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Job Description:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering lessons
• Provide academic and emotional support to students
• Help manage classroom activities and maintain a positive environment
• Support individual or small group instruction as needed
• Prepare learning materials and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (a degree in education or related field is a plus)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• Good communication skills in English and Russian
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
• Understanding of or willingness to learn the British Curriculum approach
