Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the US B2B IT market. You will focus on generating and processing leads, closing deals, and building relationships with US-based clients interested in AI-driven sales automation. This role requires on-site work in Tashkent and close collaboration with our team to drive international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and attract potential US clients in the B2B IT sector who need sales automation solutions.
- Conduct virtual demos, negotiations, and tailored sales presentations for the US market.
- Develop sales strategies to meet revenue goals for our AI platform.
- Customize solutions in collaboration with our development team based on client feedback.
- Manage sales pipelines, report on metrics, and provide insights into the US market.
- Build and maintain partnerships within the US IT ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven B2B IT sales experience with a focus on the US market (remote or direct experience acceptable).
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, sales automation, and digital integrations.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in our Tashkent office.
