Job Role

We are looking for a Middle Python Developer to join our growing product team. You’ll work on developing backend services, APIs, and business logic that power Deepen ERP. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver features that are fast, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features for Deepen ERP.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into solutions.

• Review code, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.

• Stay updated on new Python libraries, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience with Python.

• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservice architecture.

• Solid understanding of software design principles (OOP, SOLID, clean architecture).

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for smoother collaboration.

• Language skills: English or Uzbek (preferred but not mandatory)
