Demand planner

ENOC Distribution is inviting a responsible and experienced professional for the position of PLANING MANAGER, who will support the company’s high standards and contribute to its successful development in the Central Asian market.

Responsibilities:

• Supply Planning and Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of ENOC products in Uzbekistan, including market needs analysis and demand forecasting.
• Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring timely order placement and fulfillment.
• Logistics and Transportation: Organize and oversee the transportation of products from the manufacturer to the end consumer, optimize routes, and reduce logistics costs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels in warehouses, prevent excess or shortages, and ensure optimal availability of products to meet customer needs.
• Quality Control: Ensure products comply with established quality standards, coordinate with the quality department to resolve issues.
• Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular supply chain reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop proposals for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Higher education in logistics, economics.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in foreign economic activity, preferably in a distribution company or FMCG.
• Excellent knowledge of customs and currency legislation of Uzbekistan and the UAE.
• Strong negotiation and contract preparation skills.
• Experience working with transport and logistics companies.
• Ability to work with ERP systems, 1C, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (Uzbek language will be an advantage).
• Responsibility, stress resistance, and result orientation.
