Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for customer support & spare parts delivery for Uzbek operators, implementing process management requirements, achieving KPI targets, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for customer support & spare parts business process standard promotion and training, organize standard inspections and promote problem rectification.
  • Responsible for tracking, promoting and closed-loop resolution of major customer support & spare parts issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Technical education (telecommunication/IT preferable);
  • Excel, Power Point, Word, Computer Exelent knowledge;
  • Having network basic knowledge;
  • English and Russian well speaking languages;
    (Uzbek language is preferable)
  • Attentiveness and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
