Sales Executive

We are looking for Sales Executive for our resort in mountain side called Beldersoy, which is 1.5 hour from Tashkent city, to generate revenue by finding, engaging, and closing deals with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact and company representative. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and Developing New Business: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Maintaining Client Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiating Contracts and Rates: Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients, groups and events.
• Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with other departments like marketing, revenue management, reservation, front office, food and beverage and etc., to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the international hotel brand 4-5*

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek; additional languages are an advantage.
