Обязанности:

Assess the current condition of transmission and distribution networks, including substations, transformers, and overhead lines.

Map vulnerabilities of power assets to climate and natural hazards using technical and geospatial data.

Evaluate infrastructure fragility and redundancy
-
Recommend technical measures for strengthening grid resilience, modernization, and risk-informed asset management.

Provide engineering inputs for exposure and vulnerability mapping, risk metrics, and adaptation strategies.

Work closely with economists and climate risk experts to link technical vulnerabilities with economic and resilience planning.

Contribute to technical reports, asset management recommendations, and stakeholder workshops.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related field).
- At least 10 years of experience in power transmission and distribution network planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure standards, vulnerability mapping, and grid resilience.
- Experience with network diagnostics, asset management, or climate/disaster risk projects is a strong advantage.
- Regional experience in Central Asia
