FA and Lease Accountant

LPP is a major European company operating in the retail sector.

LPP CA company is looking for the FA and Lease Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and capitalize all construction costs to Fixed Assets (FA)

• Recognize investments as building leases and allocate the lease period accordingly

• Check and input each lease term into the lease management system

• Record data related to FA and lease agreements in 1C

• Review and approve monthly acts/invoices from lessors

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of 1C accounting software

• Proficiency in National Accounting Standards

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

• Experience in fixed assets and lease accounting is an advantage

• Fluency in Russian, English, and Uzbek
