Position: Executive Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing busy calendars, handling communications, and preparing documents and presentations. This role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and schedules
Assist executives in preparing for meetings (agendas, briefing materials, etc.)
Draft and respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and other necessary documents
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven experience managing multiple priorities and administrative tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
📍 Work Format: On-site/Hybrid (to be discussed during the interview)
🕘 Schedule: Full-time
