Dispatcher (Main Shift, Trucking – USA)

About the Company:
Mondo Motion LLC is a U.S.-based transportation company working with owner-operators. We are growing fast and looking for a dispatcher to manage the main shift, responsible for booking loads and supporting drivers.

Responsibilities:
• Search, negotiate, and book loads with brokers and load boards.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and shippers.
• Assign and monitor loads for owner-operators.
• Handle scheduling, routing, and problem-solving during trips.
• Maintain reports and performance tracking according to the performance sheet.
• Daily communication with drivers.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a truck dispatcher (preferably with U.S. market).
• Working knowledge of English (for broker communication).
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
• Team player with responsibility and attention to detail.

We Offer:
• Fixed base salary.
• Additional performance-based bonus: percentage from booked loads according to performance sheet.
• Full-time, main shift schedule (to be discussed).

Compensation: Fixed salary + percentage of booked loads (based on performance).
