What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Sales Director, who will not only support daily operations but also act as a multilingual liaison and presentation expert. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fluent in Uzbek, Russian, English, and Turkish, and is confident in Excel and public speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director
• Perform simultaneous interpretation during meetings and events (Uzbek ↔ Russian ↔ English ↔ Turkish)
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in sales data analysis, reporting, and coordination with regional teams
• Organize and accompany the Director on business trips and client visits
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications

• Higher education (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Linguistics)
• Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, English, and Turkish (spoken and written)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Experience in sales or administrative support is a plus
