Qualification:
➖Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management or related.
➖Experience: at least 3 years of sales operation or related work experience.
➖Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
➖Skills: Excellent organizational ability, data analysis ability and problem solving ability.
➖Knowledge: Familiar with sales process, customer service and data analysis.
➖Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office software, CRM system and other sales tools.

Job description:
➖Responsible for the operation and management of the regional sales networks/ dealership centers, including but not limited to the collection, analysis and reporting of sales data, to ensure the effective execution of sales activities.
➖Maintain regional customer database, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, collect reports from regions and provide sales reports and analysis to top management and HQ.
➖Undertake the training work of the sales management team in regions and dealers, including but not limited to product knowledge, sales skills, marketing strategies, and external publicity and implementation of department system requirements, and ensure that all relevant personnel understand and comply with the company's requirements.
➖Support market research and assist in the development of sales strategies in regions.
➖Assist the network department to expand sales channels, assist the sales team to manage customer relations and after-sales service in regions.
➖Improve sales process and system, improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
➖Solve problems on sales operation and coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth process.
