Senior BI Developer

We are Omadli Group, a Boston-based data analytics and AI company. We are seeking a mid-to-senior BI Developer with 5+ years of strong SQL and Power BI skills to design dashboards, create reports, and optimize data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Manage data models and ETL processes for reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and visualization best practices

Requirements:

• Advanced in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Row Level Securities, and Embedded Functions)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL workflows
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of Power Automate or other automation tools
• Advanced English
• Ability to work EST hours

What We Offer:

• Fully remote position
• Salary $1,500 during the testing period
• After testing, salary may be increased based on skills and performance; the testing period depends on you; if you can show us great results in a short period, we will be happy to increase the compensation and share the company's profit
