Drive new business and long-term partnerships with global fintechs, banks, and technology vendors. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, build senior relationships, and grow recurring revenue tied to an international events/editorial calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and renewals.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across target segments and regions; prioritize high-value accounts.

  • Create account plans for top prospects; map stakeholders, influence paths, and buying processes.

  • Run structured discovery to uncover business goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.

  • Prepare tailored proposals and commercial terms; coordinate internal approvals and handoffs.

  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations with support from management/legal as needed.

  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene (activities, stages, next steps); deliver accurate weekly forecasts.

  • Conduct persuasive sales meetings and remote presentations; handle objections and close confidently.

  • Convert inbound interest and execute targeted outbound (email/phone/LinkedIn) to open new logos.

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event calendars; follow up on leads within agreed SLAs.

  • Represent the company professionally on calls.

  • Drive expansions and renewals; run post-sale check-ins to ensure satisfaction and upsell potential.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends; share actionable insights with leadership.

  • Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and conversion KPIs while adhering to ethical selling and data-privacy standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (media, events, advertising, or SaaS preferred)

  • Strong prospecting and consultative selling skills; confident handling objections

  • Excellent communication and negotiation in English

  • Proficient with CRM, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Organized, KPI-driven, and comfortable working across time zones

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with event-driven commercial cycles and editorial calendars

  • Understanding of typical marketing/performance metrics and reporting
