Обязанности:
- Organization of office work
- Transportation supplier`s management (timely pick up/drop off)
- Submit order and issue out for office supplies
- Administration of invoices and acts of goods acceptance (Tracking supplier`s invoices)
- Administration of employee’s time sheets and submit to the system
- Administration of flight and train tickets for employees
- Types and proofreads formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and miscellaneous documents, composes correspondence and responses to inquiries independently
- Sets up and maintains department records and files
- Arranges travel schedules and reservations

Language: Russian, English , Uzbek (fluent)
Experience: 3 years minimum in administrative duties, HR and Visa experience preferable
- Education: University degree
- Residence: Tashkent
- Skills: MS office , Business English, 1C (preferable), SAP
